To guarantee that every guests can have a good stay, there are a couple of simple rules I’m going to ask you to follow:
1 - It is possible an earlier check in or a later check out. For this purpose you should contact the owner and she will inform you of this possibility.
2 - Please don't forget to close the street door when you enter or leave the building.
3 - Put out the trash in a closed bag in the garbage containers on street outside, in the evening (except Sundays). The City collects the garbage during the night.
4 - Please be considerate with the neighbors. Families live in both the downstairs and the upstairs apartments, so please avoid loud noises at night! Don't make  loud noises between 10 PM and 8 AM.
5 - Always turn off all the electric/gas equipment after use and make sure you close the windows and door before leaving the apartment. Even if you don't stay out for long.
6 - Pay attention to electric devices when leaving the apartment. Don´t let them turned on as well as lamps, lights, and candles. Also don´t forget windows openned on rainy days.  
7 - Overnight visitors at the apartment are not permitted.
8 - Guests are asked not to move, remove, or change furniture, pictures, wall hangings or other room decoration without my consent. Also, accidents happen, so, if something gets broken, please let me know, so I can replace it and other guests don't miss it.
